Deer Valley's dining culture is unhurried by design. In East Village it is also arriving in sequence — here is what is actually pouring today.

Grand Hyatt Deer Valley has operated since late 2024, and its signature restaurant and lobby bar are currently the anchor of East Village dining — breakfast before first tracks through to a quiet last drink.

Base-area dining

September 2026

Food and beverage consolidates into the Village Skier Services Facility as it reaches substantial completion — the mid-mountain lunch and slopeside apres the village is currently without.

Canopy by Hilton

Summer 2026

A lighter, more social register: a restaurant and bar designed around the village rather than the mountain, opening with the hotel in summer 2026.

Four Seasons

2027/2028 season

Signature restaurants arrive with the hotel and its 123 residences for the 2027/2028 ski season, alongside in-residence dining for owners.
