Marcella at Deer Valley, Marcella Landing and Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge are three separate offerings that share a name. Marcella Landing is a built-product neighbourhood, not vacant land. The approximately 144 original Marcella at Deer Valley estate homesites were a single planned release whose developer inventory is publicly reported as sold out — they are not currently available inventory, and nothing here should be read that way. Availability, pricing and status must be confirmed with the relevant sales team.
